New Build and Warranty Inspections
New builds in any of the nine cities are inspected at three stages: pre-drywall while framing, wiring and plumbing are open, the final walkthrough before closing, and the 11-month inspection before the builder warranty ends. Each stage ends with a photographed list your builder can act on, and the new construction inspection covers the first two stages together.
